Duke Keiser is a Broker at Christi Real Estate, as well as a real estate investment
counselor on the Outer Banks, a beautiful island off the coast of North Carolina, and its surrounding communities. At the
onset of his real estate career, Duke realized the need to establish strong working relationships with financial
professionals and estate planners in order to secure investments that will not only serve the immediate needs of his
clients, but will provide benefits for them well into the future.
This awareness has allowed Duke to build a strong network of clients, who offer him repeat business and
referrals.
In order to better serve his clients, Duke participated in training from the Worldwide Recreation and Resort Sales Council
(RRS) in 2005, which provides advanced instruction on the specific needs of Sellers and Buyers in recreation and resort
communities.
Duke was a business executive with Mobil Oil Company for over 30 years, which took him to 4 countries and 8 states,
totaling 17 moves throughout his career! His decision to retire on the Outer Banks was based on fond memories of past
summers spent vacationing on the island with his wife and their four children. A former certified rescue scuba diver, Duke
spends his free time golfing and deep sea fishing, and makes an annual trek to Colorado for big game hunting.

I bring to the table over 40 years of sales experience serving my client successfully, efficiently, and professionally; many of whom remain close friends even to this day.
The world of real estate is relationally the same as sales in most other fields. If you work for the good of your client, instead of self-interest, your client will always reward you with equal loyalty and integrity. It is this principal on which I have built my career.
I began selling real estate in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania in 1997. After moving to the beach and taking some time to learn the ins and outs of selling coastal, investment, second home, and residential real estate; I began by working the southern beaches. After gaining some coastal experience, I went to work for a notably prestigious real estate firm in Kill Devil Hills. From this office, I was able to sell the entire Outer Banks, rather than act as a niche-marketer selling only a select area.
Since the Outer Banks is made up of a group of communities, each with their own personality, as are people, I find great pleasure acting as a match maker, matching the right person to the right beach.
As changes are inevitable, I migrated over to Christi Real Estate so that I could offer you, my loyal clients, the benefits of a personalized service which you have come to expect from "Having an old friend on the OBX™".
